Merry Christmas!!

Debbie and I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year!
What a “not so normal” year . . . This year certainly has had it challenges. It has enlarged our need to Trust God in areas where we have doubt. Have you felt frustrated and discouraged?? You are not alone. People have been filled with anxiety and doubt. That’s OK, because in those moments of stress and bewilderment, God speaks. Remember the still small voice? David gives hope and encouragement in Psalm 27.

Psalm 27:1-3 The LORD is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The LORD is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.  Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.

Don’t forget . . . We have two Christmas Eve Services and 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

I am looking forward to the New Year, not perfect, but “New”.

Blessings, Pastor Duffy
