I hope you are doing well. Have you started reading the Book of John?? Great words from our Savior. I suggested reading portions of the Gospel of John a couple of weeks ago. It’s a great way to start or end your day 🙂

John 1:1-5 In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He existed in the beginning with God. 3 God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. 4 The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. This an insightful passage of Scripture showing the Deity of Christ (The Word). “Word” is the Greek word “logos”. Jesus was God in the Flesh making Him capable to pay for Sin. “MercyMe” explains the Theology in their song, “Best News Ever.” Check it out on Google.
Some say, “Don’t ask for help”
God helps the ones who help themselves
So press on, get it right
Otherwise, get left behind
Some say “He’s keeping score”
“So try hard, then try a little more”
But hold up, if this were true
Explain to me what the cross is for!
