HAVE YOU HEARD?  The state of NH has issued guidelines that now allow churches to offer in-person worship services. Your Ministry Council, Deacons and Pastor have thoroughly reviewed these guidelines and have formulated a plan for offering in person worship in compliance with the guidelines. If you care to view the guidelines for yourself, you will find them at www.covidguidance.nh.gov  under “worship”. What does this all mean for us?  You are invited to attend the worship service at the church this Sunday, June 7th at 10am.If you are health compromised or are not comfortable attending an in-person worship at this time, the online podcast is still available on podbean, with links on our Facebook page and website. We are working on enhancing our online capabilities to provide you with a better quality, more comprehensive experience.  We want everyone included in worship. Whether physically present or physically absent, we are united in Spirit. What can you expect on Sunday? Like every other business or organization, it is not ‘business as usual’ at this time. However, we are still the same church family, meeting and worshiping in the same church building, worshiping our unchanging God.  God’s word and our mission have not changed, even though how we accomplish that mission may have been modified. Your Ministry Council and Deacons are here to support you. Here’s what we are doing to care for you, and to comply with state guidelines: Entering the building

  • The kitchen side door will remain locked. The front door, ramp side door, and back parking lot door will be open.
  • There will be hospitality tables at each of the open doors containing the mandated Covid disclosure sheet, hand sanitizer, extra masks and the order of Worship. (The guidelines strongly encourage but do not require the wearing of face coverings)
  • Each open door will be ‘staffed’ with a greeter/usher who will open the door and direct you to the sanctuary. These greeters/ushers will also open the doors for your exiting.
  • In the Sanctuary, other volunteers will seat you 6 ft. apart.

Worship Service

  • Abby Morrison (CE team) is creating activity packets using the Sunday School curriculum materials to have available for the children during worship, since Sunday School is not allowed.
  • We ask that if you choose to sing the hymns, that you wear a mask when doing so. You will see that request noted in the bulletin.
  • There will be no formal offering time during the service. An offering plate will be placed at the front and back entrances for your convenience. Donating online using pushpay is highly encouraged. If you need information about this, feel free to ask Pastor Duffy and he will direct you to someone who can help you with this.

Other considerations

  • We will have bottles of water available near the entrance to the Sanctuary (coffee hour not allowed).
  • The prayer box will be placed on the long table in the sanctuary near the parish hall entrance. Feel free to fill out a prayer request card and put it in the box.
  • The organ and piano area will be blocked as well as the entrance to the ‘music rooms’ to ensure George’s safety and comfort. We ask that you NOT enter into those spaces.
  • We will place sanitizing wipes in each restroom.
  • We will wipe down the pew backs and doorknobs prior to your arrival.

We pray that your worship experience is spiritually enriching and comfortable. If you have suggestions of how we could improve your experience or comfort, or if you have any other need with which we may help, PLEASE share them with us!

In His Service,

Pastor Duffy
